Due to new consumer product safety guidelines around COVID-19, any products that have been opened or used will not be eligible for return or refund.
It is very important that you read the description of each item before you place order. We include sizing charts with every product to help you easily choose your correct size. It Is also of equal importance that you provide us with correct information before you finalize your order.
If you wish to make a correction on your order, please contact customer service within 24 hours from the time you submitted your order.
Order cancellations: Please place your order carefully. You must contact customer service within 24 hours if you wish to cancel order because we're unable to cancel order once shirt has been printed, so it can be intercepted before shipping.
Shipping: We use the standard shipping method of 3-5 business days. Shipping charges will be included in your final total unless it was waived due to any promotion. Shipping is nonrefundable and it will be deducted from the cost of refunded store credits if you are eligible to receive such credits.
Shipping and Delivery: The Xplicit Brand only ships to locations within the United States and US Territories.
The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier and appropriate tracking number issued for the package.
